The Community Church of Boulder Junction offers Christian Education for all ages. We offer both Men's and Women's Bible study and fellowship groups but we also have integrated studies of the Old Testament, Contemporary Studies, and a Study of the Weekly Texts and they all meet every week.
We offer great Bible-based education for kids!
- Elementary school (Kids of the Kingdom)
- Confirmation (7th and 8th grade)
Kids of the Kingdom is our children's program for ages 4 through 6th grade. We learn stories from both the Old and New Testament, sing songs, memorize scripture and have snacks, too. Our goal is to help our children grow in the knowledge and grace of God and to raise up disciples that will have a positive impact on the world around them. We are currently using Deep Blue Kids Curriculum. Click on the link to take a peek at the exciting and interactive format. There is even an app available for free download that reinforces the weekly lesson for both Apple and Android devices. Check your App Store for Deep Blue Kids.
Our Confirmation classes are for the 7th and 8th grade students. Our goal is to encourage our youth to continue to grow in all areas of their faith. Dedicated teachers are committed to challenging these young people to know Jesus and to know what they believe.
Our children are not simply the "Church of Tomorrow", but the Church right now! As parents, grandparents and a Church body, we take seriously the need for ongoing education and discipleship of all our children.
Each year the Community Church of Boulder Junction partners with Covenant Point Bible Camp for amazing experiences and Christian growth opportunities for our youth. Outdoor activities are paired with Bible Study and instruction time making lasting memories for all those that attend.
Faith formation is an intentional aspect of each of our spiritual journeys. No matter where we are on that journey, there is a place for you here at the Community Church.
Won't you come and join us? We would love to see you soon!

Christmas Program December 9, 2018
Kids Christmas Program
The youth and children of Community Church did an amazing job sharing the story Jesus’ birth through the “New Star” play! The story telling, singing, acting, and deeply joyful proclamation of our Messiah coming to redeem His people was very humbling, and touched every heart! Each child worked so hard to make this happen and brought forth the true meaning of Christmas. Special thanks to all the parents for supporting their children and encouraging them to participate. Also, so much help was given by an extraordinary group of friends with decorations, costumes, snacks, meals, setup, and cleanup. Events like this are only possible with the hard work and commitment of dedicated people who desire to see God glorified in our midst. He surely was! Thank you to all who participated and helped!
Community Christmas Caroling
“O come all ye faithful”...Christmas Carolers. The beautiful sounds of the Christmas season rang forth at Boulder Pines Senior Housing, several assisted living homes in the Northwoods, and also at the homes of several Boulder Junction residents. Those visited were delighted to hear the message of hope told through the ageless carols. The children also made ornament crafts for the residents as gifts! The smiles, hugs, and tears warmed each heart, it was a beautiful time!
Boys to Christian Men
Just in time for Christmas, the Boys to Christian Men group completed their woodworking projects. With the help of Pastor Bob Anderson, Harold Eick, and James Stober, these young men were able to learn some very practical and useful skills, building a beautiful wooden box. More importantly, spending time together created an opportunity for these seasoned men to share their “life skills” with the boys. They shared stories about faith, life experiences, and built deeper relationships with God and each other. This learning adventure has been an excellent way to bridge the gap between generations, sharing the love of Jesus along the journey! Men…thank you, for your hard work and patience with the children. Your efforts will always be remembered and appreciated!
