Tuesday Morning Women's Bible Study

Tuesday mornings from 8:00 am until 9:00 am

Our Current Study

We are currently studying the book of John: The Way to True Life, in the Life Guide Bible Study Series. This is a women’s group that incorporates an early morning walk (7:30AM), when the weather permits, and then the Bible Study at 8AM. We share the leadership of the group, but only those who feel comfortable doing this need to take a turn.

We also are the group that maintains the Clothes Closet at the Community Food Pantry in Boulder Junction. We do this at 9AM also on Tuesday. The donated clothing is sorted by size and kept current for the season. The Closet is open the same hours of the Pantry and there is no charge to the pantry clients for any clothing they take.

All women are encouraged to join us as we study and serve in our Church and our greater Community.

Doing the Lord’s work right here in Boulder Junction!

The Women's Bible study meets Tuesday mornings from 8:00 am until 9:00 am to walk, talk, pray and study the Bible. We join together to share our faith, which helps us enlarge our understanding of God’s plan for us, to practice various approaches to live our faith openly, and to pray for one another. We know prayer is effective and we encourage your prayer requests for our prayer time. (see below)

In its original form members of FATC delivered food to needy families in the area. As area needs grew the FATC food delivery evolved into the Community Food Pantry which now serves the western part of Vilas County. Part of the Food Pantry mission is to provide free clothing for its clients. FATC has taken over the operation of the Clothes Closet. After Tuesday Bible study, those who are interested and have time, sort and organize donated clothing for the Clothes Closet.

Anyone who is interested in getting up early for a short walk, studying the Bible and helping with the Clothes Closet is welcome to join this fun group. You may participate in one or all of our Tuesday activities.
