Gentle Strength & Tone Exercise Class

We offer a FREE and fun exercise program every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00-8:45 am.  This is a low intensity exercise for the whole body to help keep your body and bones strong.  Wear clothes you can be comfortable in; some exercises are done on a floor mat.  Class is led by experienced volunteers and held in the Fellowship Hall at church.  No registration required – just plan to attend!   For questions - contact the church office at 715-385-2146.
